- 7-day returns. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Not returnable: personalised or laser-engraved items once production has started, and items that have been used.
- Defective or wrong item: please email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund the full amount, including shipping.
- Change of mind:
- Customers in Taiwan: full refund of the purchase price, in accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act.
- Customers outside Taiwan: a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
- Customers in the EU and the UK: no restocking fee. Your statutory right of withdrawal applies (14 days from delivery), and we refund the standard shipping fee you paid. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 15 days after we receive the returned item. The time for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer or PayPal.
- How to request: email info@antou1010.com with your order number, name, and reason (with photos if the item is defective). We will reply with the return address.

- 不適用退換貨：已進入製作的客製／雷射雕刻商品、已使用過的商品。
- 商品瑕疵或寄錯：請於收到商品 7 天內 Email 附上照片，我們會換新或全額退款（含運費）。
- 個人因素退貨：
- 台灣地區客人：依消費者保護法全額退款。
- 台灣以外地區客人：自商品價格扣除 15% 退貨處理費；退回運費由客人負擔，原寄出運費不退。
- 歐盟、英國客人：不收退貨處理費，依當地法規享有收貨後 14 天撤回權，並退還您已付的標準運費；退回運費由客人負擔。
- 退款方式：收到退回商品後 15 天內退回原付款方式；實際入帳時間依發卡銀行或 PayPal 而定。
- 申請方式：Email info@antou1010.com，附訂單編號、姓名、退換貨原因（瑕疵請附照片），我們會回覆寄回地址。
