ANTOU 岸頭設計（博盛創意有限公司，統一編號 83696912，以下稱「我們」）重視您的個人資料。本政策說明當您透過 Facebook、Instagram、LINE、電子郵件或線上商店與我們聯繫時，我們如何蒐集、使用與保護您的資料。
一、我們蒐集的資料
當您傳訊息給我們（Facebook 粉絲專頁「ANTOU 岸頭設計」、Instagram 帳號 @antoudesign.tw、LINE 官方帳號、info@antou1010.com）時，我們會取得：
- 您在該平台的公開名稱，以及平台提供的使用者識別碼（例如 Facebook／Instagram 的對話專屬 ID）
- 您傳送的訊息內容與附件（文字、圖片等）
- 您主動提供的訂單編號、收件資訊、雕刻內容等
我們不會取得您的 Facebook／Instagram 密碼、好友名單或其他非對話內容。
二、使用目的
- 回覆您的詢問、處理訂單、出貨查詢、雕刻內容確認與售後服務
- 將同一位客人在不同管道的對話整理在一起，避免重複詢問
- 改善客服回覆品質
我們的客服系統會使用人工智慧協助回覆：一般商品問題、訂單出貨狀態與常見問題可能由系統直接回覆，退換貨、例外處理與其他需要判斷的事項由我們的人員決定。您隨時可以要求由專人回覆。
三、資料的儲存與委外處理
資料儲存在我們的客服系統中，並由以下服務商依我們的指示代為處理：
- Supabase（資料庫）、Vercel（網站主機）
- Anthropic（人工智慧草擬回覆，僅處理訊息內容）
- Meta Platforms、LINE、Microsoft（訊息傳遞平台本身）
我們不會出售或出租您的個人資料，也不會用於與客服無關的行銷。
四、保存期間
對話資料保存至該次服務完成後 2 年，以便處理後續售後與保固問題；期滿或您要求刪除時即刪除。依法令（例如會計、發票）須保存的訂單資料，依法定期間保存。
五、您的權利
依《個人資料保護法》第 3 條，您可以向我們請求查詢、閱覽、複製、補充、更正、停止使用或刪除您的個人資料。
六、資料刪除方式
如果您希望我們刪除透過 Facebook、Instagram 或其他管道與我們聯繫所留下的資料：
- 寄信到 info@antou1010.com，主旨寫「刪除個人資料」
- 信中註明您聯繫我們的管道（Facebook／Instagram／LINE／Email）與您在該平台的名稱
- 我們會在 30 天內刪除相關對話與識別資料，並回信通知您
您也可以直接在 Facebook 或 Instagram 的對話中傳送「刪除我的資料」，我們會依同樣方式處理。

ANTOU Design (博盛創意有限公司, Taiwan business ID 83696912) collects your platform display name, platform-scoped user ID and the content of messages you send us via Facebook, Instagram, LINE, email or our online store. We use this data only to respond to your inquiries, handle orders, shipping and engraving, and after-sales service. Our customer-service system uses AI to help answer messages: general product questions, order status and FAQs may be answered automatically, while returns, exceptions and other decisions are made by our staff. You can ask for a human reply at any time. Data is stored with service providers acting on our instructions (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic) and the messaging platforms themselves (Meta, LINE, Microsoft). We never sell or rent your data. Conversation data is kept for 2 years after the service is completed, or deleted earlier on request.
Data deletion
Email info@antou1010.com with the subject “Delete my data”, stating the channel you used and your name on that platform, or send “Delete my data” in our Facebook or Instagram conversation. We will delete your conversation and identifiers within 30 days and confirm by email.
